Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Retainers (deposits) are nonrefundable unless the service provider needs to cancel the appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no-call/no-show) will result in the client being unable to rebook. A 50% service fee will also be charged for no-call/no-show appointments.
Retainers may only be transferred toward a future appointment if the rescheduling request is made within a reasonable timeframe and is approved by the service provider.
